On January 24nd, 2013 the official first public screening was held at Willow Creek Cinemas Twelve, and seen by over 80 people. Through donations at the screening the production team raised enough money to submit the film to a few festival. While none of the festivals we submitted to ultimately accepted the film, it was simply an honor to have the film watched by festival panelists from across the United States; from New York City, to Texas, to Hawaii. 

Festivals submitted to:  SXSW Film Festival, Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival, Nantucket Film Festival and Screenplay Competition, Hawaii International Film Festival, Indie Memphis Film Festival, Sidewalk Film Festival, Twin Rivers Media Festival, Big Water Film Festival, Highway 61 Film Festival, and the Tallgrass International Film Festival.
